  • Edge controller structure
  • Creating a project
  • Defining project parts

Day 2

    Shop floor to cloud connectivity
  • Data acquisition from a B&R PLC, S7 PLC, PLC via Modbus TCP
  • Cloud connectivity via MQTT "Engineering and application".

Day 3

    OPC UA concept
  • OPC UA structure
  • Edge controller OPC UA server
  • Edge controller OPC UA client
  • Connection with a PLC via OPC UA

Day 4

    Edge HMI
  • Live monitoring with "DisplayCenter"
  • Working with compressed values + reports
  • Smart functions with "HyperMacros"

Day 5

    Database and reports
  • JasperSoft - Start process data acquisition block
  • APROL SQL server
  • JasperSoft reporting system configuration
  • Ad-hoc reports, dashboards
