Preparing for your thesis or project work

In order to present your project, you need a presentation concept for your project idea. We have a defined concept of how this should be and assume that you will approach your preparation according to our specifications. For a project presentation, you will need a PowerPoint presentation, a brief description and possibly a poster. These elements form the basis of your presentation.

Short description

First, write a brief description of your project, which you will certainly keep referring to over the course of the project. It should contain the following information.

Whether at school, in competitions or as part of project funding – an exciting project must be presented well.

• The right preparation is key to a successful presentation. Here are a few tips:
• Be sure the topic is clear.
• What is the goal of your project?
• What makes your project interesting?
• What is special about your project?
• What is the benefit? What problems does your project solve?
• How do you plan to implement your project?
• Speak loudly and clearly.
• Pay attention to your body language: Where are your hands, eye contact, movement.
• Think about your target group: To whom are you presenting the project? What is most important to your listeners?

Our selection of workshops completes the basic preparation. Use the face-to-face events especially designed for project implementation to put your knowledge into practice. An experienced trainer will be support you.
